“Mind Mastery, Emotional Freedom, Physical Wellness and Wisdom…
Attracting the Life that we want”
“In a study* (2008) that looked at the happiness of nearly 5,000 individuals over a period of 20 years, researchers found that when an individual becomes happy, the network effect can be measured up to three degrees. One person’s happiness triggers a chain reaction that benefits not only their friends, but their friends’ friends, and their friends’ friends’ friends. The effect lasts for up to one year.”
The transformation of one individual starts a chain reaction of increased joyfulness. We are thus responsible to create opportunities for ourselves to make the necessary changes. False beliefs cannot stand the test of time. Sustainable positive change can only come about by harnessing the powers of the mind, taking charge of our hearts, maintaining optimal physical wellbeing, and understand the workings of the world…aligning all to attract the abundance of goodness and greatness that we deserve, and therefrom spreading the seeds of joy, purposeful living, and wisdom to the rest of the world.
